When you create an account, we collect your email address and full name. When you use PropsTrack, we store photos you upload, project names, warehouse information, pull notes, and prop status data. All data is associated with your account and the projects you belong to.
Your data is used solely to provide the PropsTrack service — managing props across film and TV productions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers with row-level security enabled. Photos are stored in Supabase Storage. All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS.
PropsTrack requests access to your camera and photo library to let you photograph props. Photos are uploaded to our servers and shared only with members of the same project. We do not access your camera or photos for any other purpose.
When you join a project via invite code, other project members can see your name and the props you have logged. You can leave a project at any time.
You can delete your projects and all associated data directly within the app. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at the email below and we will remove all your data within 30 days.
PropsTrack is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
